有一種優格最近很流行,叫做「希臘優格」,口感扎實,很多正在減重或運動的人都愛吃。 其實它和一般優格一樣,都是用牛奶添加好菌發酵而成,不過希臘優格用的牛奶是一般優格的4倍,製作過程當中,也會把上面水狀、味道比較酸的乳清過濾掉,所以吃起來味道濃郁、質地厚實,價格也比較昂貴。
