這幾年肌力訓練正流行,到健身房拿壺鈴深蹲、臥推槓片的女生愈來愈多,但對於熟齡族群,有些人會覺得,運動不能太激烈,用棒式、抬腿等溫和運動就夠了,負重時頂多拿個500cc水瓶或1公斤小啞鈴就好,但其實,這樣的肌力訓練沒什麼效果。
