为了对抗衰老，人类想出了无穷多的方法，其中最为疯狂的不过“换血逆转衰老”，然而年轻血液中是否真的存在所谓“年轻因子”呢？近期，来自华中科技大学的科研团队又在脐带血中发现了新的抗衰成份——源于间充质干细胞（MSC）的细胞外囊泡（EV）。研究者发现，这些“年轻”的外囊泡中含有多种抗衰老信号，不仅能够使衰老的骨髓源性MSC青春再回，直接用于小鼠的治疗也能够改善器官的衰老。这项研究的通讯作者为郭安源、胡豫、李秋柏教授，雷倩博士后、高飞博士、刘腾博士并列第一作者。论文发表在《科学转化医学》上。
