在近期的国际阿尔茨海默病协会国际会议（AAIC 2020）上，美国和瑞典研究团队公布了一项最新研究成果：只需要采血4毫升，对受试者体内的磷酸化tau蛋白P-tau217进行检测，就能准确诊断AD，诊断的准确率可达89-98%！验血诊断不仅准确，还可以区分AD和其它神经退行性疾病，而且部分早发型家族性AD患者在出现症状20年前，体内P-tau217的水平就明显升高，验血诊断可以提早确诊这类患者！研究成果同步发表在《美国医学会杂志》（JAMA）上。
