近日,一篇发表在《科学》的文章表示,肠菌能抠下自己细胞壁的一部分作为信物,与大脑神经元实现直接交流。来自肠菌的胞壁肽与小鼠下丘脑GABA能神经元表达的Nod2发生互作后,会抑制神经元的活性,进而抑制小鼠的进食欲望,相当于一种饱腹信号;另外,还与维持体温、体重稳定有关。
