抑郁症的病因是全世界神经科学领域的科学家一直在探索的一项工作，目前有两个比较明确的危险因素，一个是生物学的遗传，一个是环境的应激。而在我们生活中，抑郁症其实是不分性别不分年龄阶段的，从青少年到中老年，从男性到女性人群中都有抑郁症的存在。本期节目邀请到浙江大学医学院附属第一医院主任医师、精神卫生中心负责人胡少华博士一起聊聊抑郁症的话题。
