每个人都有自己的解压方式,有的人选择购物消费来解压,有的人会通过绘画写作的方式来解压,甚至有相当一部分人会通过酗酒来解压。但是不管用怎样的方式进行解压,首要原则就是无害原则,不能因此伤害到其他人。当然,户外多晒晒太阳也能缓解情绪达到解压的效果。本期节目一起来听浙江大学医学院附属第一医院主任医师、精神卫生中心负责人胡少华博士的分享。
