Description
造血干细胞移植，是患者先接受超大剂量放疗或化疗（通常是致死剂量的放化疗），有时联合其他免疫抑制药物，以清除体内的肿瘤细胞、异常克隆细胞，然后再回输采自自身或他人的造血干细胞，重建正常造血和免疫功能的一种治疗手段。这种手段也常用于治疗地中海贫血等血液类疾病。本期《非要你健康》为您请到广西医科大学第一附属医院血液内科主任、博士研究生导师——赖永榕教授，讲述造血干细胞移植技术的治疗现状。
