近日,荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学医学中心的研究人员在国际顶尖学术期刊 Nature Medicine 上发表的研究表明,人类肠道微生物能够产生大量乙醇 ,并首次证实了首关效应掩盖了这种内源性乙醇水平,这些肠道微生物产生的乙醇可能与非酒精性脂肪性肝病 (NAFLD) 的发病机制有关。肠道菌群如果失衡,大量产酒精的微生物增加,就会醉而不自知,还可能默默的危害健康。
