2012年秋、初めてのNYはブロードウェイでの観劇時。「何の舞台を見ようか？」と迷った私たちに知人がオススメしてくれたのがこの『戦火の馬（War horse）』でした。そこにあるはずのない「何か」を立ち上げるのが演劇だとしたら、この作品には演劇の奇跡が散りばめられています。今回は、作品の素晴らしさはもちろん、NYでの舞台と今回のスクリーニングの二種類の『戦火の馬』を体験して感じたことを私たちの視点でおしゃべりしました。 映像で見て初めて気づいたパペットの細やかな表現や、英語／フランス語／ドイツ語の扱い方、とあるキャストの驚きの年齢などなど、ご覧になった方にも、そうで無い方にも楽しんでいただけましたら幸いです。 （2016年11月11日収録75分）
