方腊（？—1121年10月6日），又名方十三， [1] 睦州青溪县（今浙江省杭州市淳安县西）人，一说歙州（今安徽歙县）人，北宋末年农民起义首领。北宋徽宗宣和二年（1120年）十月，方腊在睦州帮源发动起义，自号“圣公”，年号“永乐”，设置官吏将帅，建立政权。不久占领杭州，并得到多地响应，东南震动。宣和三年（1121年）初，被童贯率军击败，方腊率余部退守睦州青溪帮源洞和梓桐洞。四月，方腊在梓桐峒的石涧中被俘，押解京师，八月二十四日被处决。
