练习方法：先不看文本听3遍以上，尽量听清每个发音，然后将故事听写出来，可以发到我们电台社区的贴吧作为作业。接着看文本，改正听写的错误，并弄懂每句话，每个词。然后不看文本同步跟读，直到能流利朗读并完全理解，最后用自己的话将故事复述出来。 28. Time Capsule 时间胶囊 George Hernandez had two best friends. They had been friends since elementary school. Now, they were all grown up. George was moving away to a university. Steven was starting a family in another city. Charles got a job in another state. They had to say goodbye. 乔治埃尔南德斯有两个最好的朋友，他们从小学开始就是朋友了。现在，他们都成年了。乔治要离开去大学了，史蒂夫将在另外一个城市娶妻生子，查尔斯在另外一个州上班。他们要说再见了。 George didn't want them to ever forget each other. "Let's make a time capsule," he said. They all went home. They looked for things that held memories of their being together. They found old toys, pictures, and CDs. They put them in a box. Then they buried the box in a park. The boys promised to get together in ten years. They would dig up the box and feel like children again. 乔治不想让他们忘掉彼此。他说，“我们做个时间胶囊吧”。他们都回到家里，他们都去找那些承载着他们在一起时的记忆的东西。他们找到了旧玩具、照片、唱片。他们把这些放进一个盒子里，然后把盒子埋在一个公园里。他们约定十年后再聚首。那时他们将把盒子挖出来，然后就像又回到了童年。
