练习方法：先不看文本听3遍以上，尽量听清每个发音，然后将故事听写出来。接着看文本，改正听写的错误，并弄懂每句话，每个词。然后一句一句同步跟读，直到能流利朗读并完全理解，最后用自己的话将故事复述出来。 42. Get a Job 找工作 Jeff was a forty-year-old man. He had no job. He never even went to school. Jeff had lived with his parents his whole life. They were starting to worry about him. All Jeff did every day was to play video games. "You need to do something with your life," said his parents. Jeff ignored them. He was happy with his life. 杰夫40岁，他没工作，他甚至都没上过学，他一辈子都跟父母生活在一起。他的父母开始担心他了，杰夫每天就知道玩电子游戏。“你得找点事情做啊”他的父母说。杰夫完全无视他们，他对自己的生活很满意 Jeff's parents came up with a plan. They started asking him for rent money. "How am I supposed to pay that?" asked Jeff. "With a job!" replied his mom. When Jeff didn't give them rent, they took all his video games and sold them. Jeff was furious. He went out to look for a job. He needed to buy the video games back. 杰夫的父母想了一个计划，他们开始向他要房租。杰夫说，“我哪来的钱付房租啊？”他妈妈说，“工作！”当杰夫给不了房租时，他们把他的电子游戏全都拿去卖了。杰夫非常生气，他出去找工作，他要把那些电子游戏买回来。
