忙了整個八月,最後一個禮拜我徹底的休息了五天,趁著去嘉義工作,讓自己享受美食和朋友一下,沒有帶電腦,沒有弄工作,死命的玩到最後一刻趕回台北上線上課,想想也是蠻佩服自己在一個大家應該都很忙的時候,居然敢這樣徹底停下來……休息這件事情是需要練習的,從一小時,到一天,到一週,然後去想想,如果我停下來會怎樣嗎?也許當我出現一些災難性的思考的時候,我可以試著相信自己,其實是有能力解決跟面對的,事情沒有想像的這麼糟,我也比我想像中的好多了!休息是一種技能,有時候當你停不下來,反而代表你沒有具備繼續持續往前走的本錢了呢! 本集也是屬於小閒聊,沒有寫稿輕鬆談,沒有什麼大道理,但希望大家可以想想,自己是否需要強迫自己練習休息一下囉!
