关德辉是一位马来西亚华人歌手、演员。关德辉小时候的家境比较艰难，父亲在他小学的时候就过世了。母亲带着三个儿子讨生活。后来大哥又患上了精神疾病，在疗养院里一直住到今天。最让关德辉接受不了的，是他的二哥。二哥没上完中学就不念了，开始接触高利贷、吸毒、混黑道。关德辉走上艺人之路的时候，特别怕舆论知道他有这样的哥哥。「我一直把二哥视为我们家庭的毒瘤，因为我成为艺人之后，特别不愿意让人家知道我有这样的家庭问题。我一出道，就成为马来西亚十大歌星的冠军。你想想看，我怕不怕被人家揭露我有这样一个哥哥。所以我决定先发制人……」
