本期，我们邀请上海梯书店的主理人周安迪，一起探讨如何开办一家独立书店，如何从阅读中感悟到沟通的快乐和工作的价值。周安迪，是文化出版品牌“梯”的主理人，在上海徐汇开办了独立书店（Text&Image）。他是政治学毕业，因为一直对艺术设计颇有兴趣，后成为了一名译者和书籍设计师，译著有《托尼克：设计为何》《怎样用设计改变世界》。书，是周安迪的工作更是他的生活，他认为，独立书店是一个为读者现实中推荐好书的物理朋友圈。
