本期，我们邀请上海大包小包和寄存处的主理人华燕，一起聊聊中国的早餐文化，以及如何经营一家地道的包子铺。华燕，她在上海徐汇区乌鲁木齐中路开办了包子铺「大包小包」，更早之前经营着艺术空间「寄存处」，她还把住处落在了离此不远的复兴西路。上海有着独特的马路文化，但这段路似乎浓缩了上海最多的生存样本，也是她扎根于此的重要原因。她曾说过，面对生活的风浪，最好的方式就是“以日常应对无常”。
