今週の講師は、首都大学東京、都市環境科学研究科 准教授の市古太郎さん。 市古さんは、災害が発生する「前に」被害を想定して、 生活再建プラン、復興計画をまとめておく考え方「事前復興」を提唱しています。 現在、事前復興のワークショップは、東京の都市部だけではなく、地方都市に近い特徴を持つ 八王子市でも盛んに行われています。 市古さんは、この八王子の取り組みが、災害とは別の、日本が抱える大きな問題の解決にも繋がる、と言います。 未来授業四時間目、テーマは『事前復興から始まる未来』 ◆市古太郎（いちこ・たろう） 首都大学東京、都市環境科学研究科 准教授。 研究テーマは、自然災害からの復興、そして東京の『事前復興まちづくり』。
