＊本集節目於臺北廣播電臺 111年10月24日晚上9點至9點30分播出＊ 詹宏志有感於每個家庭的滋味都應該珍惜，而珍惜的方法就是不斷有「傳承」，也就是要有晚一輩做上一輩的菜，每個家庭必須都有新一代的下廚者，而他也必須有興趣保存家中某些獨有菜色。這一次，他時而回憶過往，決定為這些菜「補課」，追尋故人的味道。他從這三位女性的菜色出發，發展出自己的詮釋，完成了這本集合眾人味道想像的真情散文集。 --以上內容節錄自博客來網路書店--
