そこそこ年収のある人、エリートサラリーマン、高所得自営業（医者とか）の人によくかかってくる電話。 そう、「老後の年金代わり！」「節税！」を謳うワンルーム投資とそれに伴うサブリースが今回のテーマです。 このテーマ、結構闇深いんですよね。 ターゲットの自尊心と欲をくすぐる営業トークがてんこ盛り。一見合理的で賢い方策に見えるところがミソです。 しかし、彼らが我々の所へ相談に来た時点で実態は債務超過で 「お前はもう死んでいる」状態なこともあり、そこからはもう自己破産か長期にわたる撤退戦しか手は残されていないという悲しい結末も・・・ 出来れば契約の手前で相談に来て欲しいですね
