今回は、金融機関出身者ほど私たちが提唱する「正直FP」にはなりづらい？というテーマについて話をしています。 金融機関に所属していながら現状の自らの仕事に疑問を持つ人はそれなりにいると思います。しかし、その人たちが顧客の為にと考えて今の金融業界の文脈でそれをやろうとすると本末転倒な結果を招く可能性が高いというお話。 理由としてはその人達の知識が偏っていたり、そもそも全然知識がなかったり、ビジネス力が無かったり、理由は色々ありますが、「正直FP」になる為には金融業界の文脈自体を忘れるところから必要というのが最も高いハードルかなと思います。
