前两天我写了一篇文章，从论文发表数和 PCT 专利这 2 个维度，衡量中国的科技实力在世界上的地位。我的结论是：目前全世界是分成了三个梯队，第一梯队美国，第二梯队中国，第三梯队英德法日，换而言之——中国的科技实力目前全球老二。此文一出，留言中向我提问最多的就是：“你说中国科技实力全球老二，可为什么中国在自然科学领域几乎拿不到诺贝尔奖呢？怎么到现在也就出了一个屠呦呦呢？”有人因此认为我避重就轻，选择性忽略。今天就来回答一下这个问题。
