脂肪酸并不能单纯等同于脂肪,不是令人色变的肥肉和油脂哦。它也是我们必须的营养素之一,食物中主要有三种类型的脂肪酸:饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸,主要是根据化学分子特征分类的。饱和脂肪酸主要来源于动物脂肪,如黄油、奶酪等。通常来说,饱和脂肪酸是不利于人体健康的。而薯片、薯条、珍珠奶茶、速溶咖啡等加工食品中,含有较多的反式脂肪酸,它们会产生和饱和脂肪酸一样的不利作用。——本集内容感谢周云仙,阮佳音医师供稿
