Description
黃文儀、黃惠貞兩位資深高中教師,有感現今高中生三餐上幾乎以外食為主,擔憂也許再過一個世代,「家的味道」將被工業化食品所取代。同時因應一○八課綱的實施,在校內特色課程研發群組中,開設「餐桌上的理性與感性」課程。在課堂上,有油鹽醬醋的直接對話,有刀鏟鍋瓢的正面交鋒,亦有對於各種飲食文化的引導與討論。學生除了學會基本的料理方式,懂得如何為自己準備簡單的日常飲食,更進一步了解食物背後有著深厚的歷史背景與文化傳承。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
