今回の『OIP日常業務紹介』では、テクニカルスタッフ（TS）として活躍されている後藤さんにお話を伺います。 産学連携に携わり続けてきた後藤さんが、コーディネータ支援やチーム全体のサポート、知財費用の経理、特許申請の進捗管理など、総務全般をこなすTSの仕事について語ります。 表に出ないことが大切なこの役割を担う人材には、必要なタイミングで適切なサポートができるコミュニケーション能力が求められます。 また、後藤さんは、組織の変遷やベンチャー創出の流れの増加など、時代に合わせた変化についても触れます。 帆船から蒸気船への変化になぞらえた、OIPの進化についてもご紹介します。
