近期，微信和朋友圈中流传着一个独处时心梗发作的“自救秘方”：突然胸口出现剧痛，心梗发作时，可采用大力咳嗽的方法自救，因为“这个动作可以压挤心脏，进而促进血液循环，帮它恢复正常脉搏……”这个方法真的有效吗？解放日报·上观新闻记者就此向专家求证。上海市卫计委健康宣讲团成员，上海嘉会国际医院（首家三级综合国际医院）主诊医生杜晓岚告诉记者，网帖的说法有很多错误的地方，“咳嗽急救法”不仅不能用来治疗心梗，也不建议用在其他心脏病的治疗中。
