今週は、8/1から適用される生乳の価格（飲用乳価）の背景や必要性について、生産コストや価格を決める経済のシステムをもとに考えてみました。またスタジオには、今回も東京大学大学院 農学生命科学研究科 生圏システム学専攻 准教授の曽我昌史先生をお迎えしました。人間の健康や幸福感と自然体験の関係。自然体験ができる理想的な都市の在り方。減りつつある動物や虫たち。暮らしの中にあった自然の量と質の変化の問題。幼少期の自然体験のメリット。今後必要とされる「グリーンインフラ」と「ウェルビーイング」などについて教えて頂きました。
