由广东广府话（也就是通常说的粤语，白话）的口语里面来的。意为“恶心”、“古怪”、“不伦不类”或衣着、行为有点怪僻的意思，多含贬义。由于见到恶心的东西而引起呕吐感，这个时候喉咙的喉结都要吐出来的一样。喉咙的“核”都“突”出来了。这样说很形象，也很通俗。 例：点解你着件衫咁核突嘎？（怎么你穿那衣服那么古怪的？）
