.HYAKKEIのプロデューサーである町田とLIRGEの生産管理の浅香が、仕事終わりに雑談を展開しました。 山談義として始まったはずが、浅香が行った利尻島が美しすぎた話となっています。 ＝＝＝ 【ハイライト】 ・浅香は400㏄の中型バイクで国内の山を落としていっている ・浅香は100名山を現在40程度登っており東日本中心 ・北海道の山も登っているが、利尻島での経験がとても印象的だった話 ・冬山での経験や装備の話 ・手ぬぐいの是非について ・浅香が20年ほど神輿を担いでいたことと、学生時代に浅草で人力車を引いていたことが発覚しタイムアップ ＝＝＝ これまでリファラルばかりでスキルとスタンス重視の面接を採用時に行っており履歴書なんて見ていませんでした。 まさか、中型バイクで120㎞を出し神輿と人力車で大暴れしていた人だとは。。。 このことを弊社として重く受け止め、どこかの回で浅香の再面接の回をやろうと思います。
