埼玉県秩父市にある世界が注目するジャパニーズウイスキー#イチローズモルト のベンチャーウイスキー・秩父蒸留所を取材。今回は、たくさんの樽が収められている貯蔵庫をご案内いただきました。 ・第1貯蔵庫には1000樽ほど保管。貯蔵庫は7つあって2万樽を貯蔵。・樽はバーボンやシェリー酒などで一回使ったものに詰めて貯蔵する。・2008年の稼働時からのものはもちろん、買い付けた樽も貯蔵させ、後にブレンドしていく。・古いものでは1970年代の樽もある。・貯蔵庫の中は、土の部分があって、そのうえに木のレールを敷き、樽を寝かせている。（秩父の気候風土をより近い環境で熟成するため。最近では滅多にみない貯蔵方法だそう） See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
