イチローズモルトを製造・販売しているベンチャーウイスキーのグローバルブランドアンバサダー 𠮷川由美（よしかわ・ゆみ）さんを喜多川キャンピングベースにお招きして、イチローズモルトにあう“つまみ”を𠮷川さんに作っていただきました。 ・𠮷川さんはキャンプの際、時間をかけずに簡単なものを作り、ゆったりとした時間を過ごすそう。・今回は、「小エビとミニトマトのアヒージョ」、「鮭のホイル焼き」の2品。・喜多川キャンピングベースの地元にジビエの解体所が完成し、稼働し始めたので、ある程度流通できるようになった。・今回は、鹿肉をイチローズモルトの樽から作ったウッドチップでスモークしたもの、アナグマ、鹿肉のグリルなどもいただきました。 See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
