飯能市に開設された「鹿・イノシシ解体施設Musica（ムジカ）」を運営するNPO法人crew-L(ｸﾙｰｴﾙ)の代表理事 佐藤好則(さとう･よしのり)さんが解体したお肉をごちそうしていただきました。 ・鹿・イノシシ・アナグマの3種類をいただきました。・鹿肉は赤身、イノシシはこの季節脂が乗ってうまい。・アナグマは、夏場は匂いがきつくて食べられないが、この季節は脂が乗って最高にうまい。・是非 飯能に来て、地産地消ではないけれど、この空気の中で地元のジビエと野菜を召し上がって欲しい、と佐藤さん。 See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
