埼玉県飯能市の喜多川キャンピングベースの 利用者の安全・安心のための取り組みについて伺いました。 ・昨今、女性のソロキャンパーが嫌がらせを受けたり、キャンプサイトの近隣トラブルで嫌な思いをしたことがあるといった話題を耳にします。 ・そこで、利用者の安全・安心のために地元の企業「ZOTMAN（ぞっとまん）」が開発したアプリ「YOJINBO（ようじんぼう）」を導入。 ・スマホにアプリをインストールすると「SOS」のボタンを押すだけで、管理者に通報できるシステム。 ・他にも「クレーム」を投稿でき、やはり困りごとを管理者に通報できる。
