源氏物語「初音」の帖に書かれた「年月を 松にひかれて ふる人に 今日鶯の 初音きかせよ」の歌をモチーフにした婚礼道具、国宝『初音の調度』を取り上げます。作品自体の魅力に加え、そもそも初音はどんな話なのか？和歌の意味や、どのような背景で作られたものか、漆坊主とセバスチャン高木が語ります。※三井記念美術館の『大蒔絵展』は初音蒔絵貝桶と初音蒔絵文台・硯箱が10月23日（日）までの展示。10月25日〜11月13日は初音蒔絵十二手箱が展示されています。彦十蒔絵の高台寺の展示について、くわしくはこちら
