大謙堂前身是2005年由郭詩謙創立的陶藝教室「大謙陶坊」，注重空間氣氛的營造與手拉坯教學品質；並在2013年改名「大謙堂」，轉型為個人作品展售及具生活體驗與分享交流的茶食空間，將生活與藝術結合，並將陶藝落實於生活、飲食、茶道之中。本集就請郭詩謙a.k.a.
