這是3月1日發表於臉書的文章內容。美國企業裡的DEI已經行之有年(其實已經幾十年了),畢竟,歧視是一個心證的指控,要證明你有,很容易,要證明你沒有,卻非常不容易,所以企業通常都會打預防針,僱用固定一定比例的非裔。在某些特殊行業,如金融業,根本找不到合適的非裔專業人才,所以當他沾了一點邊,就會在人事部及法務部的提醒下被錄用。因為人事部及法務部就是非裔的大本營。我所見到的鬼故事之一,就是一個非裔同事從入職就已經被無數次提醒在準備月結財報的時候,「準備金」不能÷12,因為準備金是負債,不是支出或收入,只有「準備金變化」才能÷12。可是這講都講不聽耶,沒有受過專業訓練的話,完全是對牛彈琴。我見到的鬼故事之二,是大主管秘書是非裔,因為行政職交出去比較無害,不會拖累核心團隊,所以許多企業都會僱用非裔當秘書,可是大媽她們常有attitude。在職場上最敢擺態度的是歐郎(非裔美人,非洲來的不會),再來是白白,最後才是總感覺寄人籬下,握緊飯碗的黃黃。
