這是1月22日發表於臉書的文章關於憲法第十四條修正案，比較有爭議的是兩個族群 - 非法移民，以及持觀光簽證的Birth Tourism。非法移民的部份，我想改日再談我的個人經驗，今天先做birth tourism的解釋。以我的認知，以國務院在2020年1月頒發的命令，外國人的確可以合法在美國生產，幫孩子取得公民權，前提是不能在申請觀光簽證時撒謊。然後呢！誠實地承認是來美國生小孩拿護照的，領事館官員就會拒絕發簽證給你。死路一條。這也就是說，如果你原本就已經有簽證，來美國生產是你的自由。如果你沒有簽證，在申請觀光簽證的過程裡若隱藏事實，就涉及簽證詐欺，有案例就是赴美生產簽證詐欺終身不得再申請美國任何種類簽證。
