Describe a house or an apartment you would like to live in(文字版）

The apartment should be in the city center, not on the countryside. A smaller one is right for me. You know, I don't have too much money, I want to have an apartment and pay for it, I don't want to borrow money from my friends, parents or even the banks. A living room, I could sit and watch TV; a kitchen, I could make some meals, sometimes; a bedroom and a guest room. That would be enough. A private space for me. After a hard day of work or study, I would be staying in my place, I don't like going to any other places.
