Mention about the topic, the healthy lifestyle seems quite challenging for me but I personally believe two things are really important behind it. Those should be less anxiety and better sleep. You know, most of us today usually ignore the impotence of sleep, the quality of sleep is the center of healthy lifestyle. Step No.1, those who want to make the change about this trend should try to make schedule on time management. For my part, I think that I need to say nope to stay up quite late at midnight. By doing so, 8 hours at least, I would feel much better then. Step No.2, I would find someone who can supervise me. The point is that I need the help from my friends or parents, as I couldn't keep doing this for a long time. Also, I should do this more often. Plus, I have to find a balanced way on how to release pressure in life. This has got to do something with less anxiety I might say. Like going on a short trip or working out in the gym for example. So, I can say that if I want to have the healthy lifestyle, I will make the change about the sleep quality and anxiety treatment. That is it.
