雅思口语P2 Describe a time you got bored when you were with others(文字版)

Well, actually on the first day of our new semester, we had to take part in the opening ceremony on campus, which in my consideration, quite boring. We were told to sit there almost 4 hours at a time. That is very disastrous. More importantly, it was not allowed to talk with other classmates or use the mobile phone when the speaker giving lectures. The content was about the average result in examination, the government funding or such. Apparently, we had no interest at all. By the way, I certainly got to know more about our university as well. Meanwhile, the supervisor was very serious to us. What I am trying to say is that we needed to stay focused on the ceremony only. You know what, I thought that I was a smart person since the day before I downloaded certain simple games on my phone, the game has been with me all the way. After playing it for a while, I lent the phone to my classmates. I did a great favor you know. So, that is the embarrassing and boring moment in my life. That is it.
