雅思口语P2 Describe a time you received horrible service(文字版)

Description

Mention about the topic, a bad service that I used to have comes to my mind. Last summer vacation, I signed up a membership card in the fitness center. I spent like 4000 at a time, included some trial sessions and VIP courses as well. The point was that my private coach left the center after I had this fitness card. Ironically, that was not my plan. I was not willing to make the change about this situation. Apparently, I decided to get back some money of VIP courses. I even didn't realise that it was so hard. You know, I have been there 3 or 4 times in a week, talked to the manger and tried to work things out. That certainly wasted me loads of free time. I was not that satisfied with that. You know, it should be quite simple by the way. Eventually, I had a solution and I successfully claimed a refund from the fitness center. But the service that I have received was horrible. That is it.
