Jogging would be my favorite, especially after a hard day of work or study. You know, I usually do this quite often in my life. From Monday to Friday, I would give it try 3 times maybe, normally I would do this activity in the evening around 8 or 9 pm when I complete all of my work. On weekends, I would prefer to go for a run in the morning, I mean if I could get up quite early then. I think this kind of activity has been with me for several years, currently I have a good body shape. For me, I like to do this or on my own, not with a bunch of guys or such. I am quite independent I can say. Besides, I am used to jogging in a riverside park, where is getting close to my apartment. 5 minutes` walk maybe. More importantly, I realise that I already have found a balanced life between regular work and study. By doing so, my fatigues and bad emotions would be gone with 100%. So, I can say that I would keep doing this in the future. That is it.
