雅思口语P2 Describe an advice you received on choosing your work( 文字版)

28 May 2020

Description

The sorts of advice that I have received on my work should be from my father. It is all about how to find a balanced way between personal interests and salary. My father told me that passion was the greatest love in the bottom of heart, if I wanted to do well in work, I had to put it in the first place. Actually, that was several years ago when I just graduated from my university. I even didn't know what to do and how to hunt a decent job. On a sunny morning, I talked to him. He took some examples and tried to explain to me the impotence of personal interest when people are at work. I was like a bit shocked since I thought that salary was the key word when I was choosing my future career, but my attitude t has been totally changed by him. You know, that is like the men`s talk, a father and his son. He even showed me how to be a better man both in regular work and ordinary life. Above all, I learnt a lot from him. The personal interest seems more important than any other kinds of factors when choosing a perfect position. Such as working environment, improvement space or office rules or such. So, that is it.
