Mention about the topic, a paper plan or strategy I can say is the thing that I have done to stay fit. It seems quite easy but hard to achieve. You know, I spent 3 to 4 weeks to have a better insight into the regular diet. Ranging from the vegetarian food to ingredient. I took some notes on paper, got advice from my friends and those who are doing well in this area. At the same time, I found something useful from the Internet as well, some help from strangers cannot be ignored. Actually, I collected loads of information that I need. Eventually, I made it. Then put it on my study desk, by doing so, I would realise the importance of staying healthy. Cuz in the past, I was a big fan of fast food and junk food. Currently, I say nope to all of these negatives. This is why I can say it helps to stay fit. I felt quite confident of my health after starting my new plan, now the most challenging part for me is that I have to carry on till the end. I have used this method for 9 weeks and certainly I feel much better and healthier than before. That is it.
