雅思口语P2 Describe something you enjoy doing with an old person in your family(文字版）

1. He is old but does a lot of sports so he doesn't act like someone of his age. Usually elderly sit all day and just try to relax and rest after working for all their lives.  2. So each Saturday when we finish eating, we rest a little bit at their home and around 6pm, he and I go to the nearest soccer pitch to play football with some neighbors. 3. I like spending this moment with him because he always gives me wonderful advice on how to look young all lifelong. And according to him, the secret is eating balanced food, and a regular physical activity, but not weight lifting, he says that doing sports are way better.  He doesn't act like someone of his age 他看起来一点也不老 There is absolutely no tension during those games 踢足球的时候完全没有压力感 Soccer pitch 足球场  All lifelong 一辈子 Weight lifting举重 Balanced food  不挑食 Regular physical activity 规律运动
