It is very easy to get. No.1, no weekdays, when I feel very busy with my regular work or study, I would try to do something that I am really into. Like listening to some music or just reading some books for example. By doing so, I would eventually rest my mind, quite impressive. More importantly, I wouldn't spend too much time on them. That also could be a part of my personal life. Just a couple of minutes each day, sometimes at noon, some times in the evening after a hard day of work and study you know. No.2, on weekends, I would prefer a harder mode to balance my life and work. Going to the gym or just playing some sorts of sports. I mean, when I sit in the office for too long, all what I hope to do is taking part in some sports, running, jogging, badminton. I would feel much refreshed after doing all of these. So, I think here are the methods that I usually do to find a balance between life and work.
