《馬力歐陪你喝一杯》節目製作第八年！喝一杯經典「人物故事訪談」繼續耕耘，陸續探索這世界有趣的靈魂們！ ▲本集內容 來賓曾明賢，他在網路上比較為人所知的名字是「海總理」。他說，他本來叫做小海，但因為剛到線上音樂社群平台「街聲 StreetVoice」工作的時候，什麼事情都要處理，像是飲水機沒水了，也幫忙補桶裝水，最後贏得了海「總理」的稱號，跟職位無關，單純是什麼都要處理的意思。 海總理擁有超過 17 年的網路服務產品開發經歷，一開始是程式設計師，後來慢慢升任技術總監、副總經理、最終在 街聲 StreetVoice 這個獨立音樂社群，擔任總經理。 一開始想要約訪小海的原因是好幾年前，馬力歐開始做Podcast沒多久，在網路上看到他一篇文章「台灣其實是Podcast 的先發國家」，文章裡提到，他在2009年其實就打造過一個 Podcast 託管平台，平台最全盛時期，中國 iTunes Store上前三名的 Podcast ，都託管放在他的平台，流量超大。所以一開始就先聊了他打造這個平台的過程。 小海作為一個工程師，轉做管理職，應該會有一些學習或掙扎的過程，所以中間我們也聊了很多專業工作者轉管理職的一些想法、心得和痛苦的經驗，以及他是如何克服。 最後，則是聊到小海已經從街聲離開一年多，這一年多他都在做什麼事情呢？什麼是Indie Hacker？他最新想要打造的產品是什麼呢？你有訂閱他的「小海報」嗎？ ▲本集使用的音樂：Impressions (Acoustic) by Robert Alan DunnCreative Commons CC BY SA 3.0Robert-dunn-15 – Impressions-acousticSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
