최근 한 기업의 전직원을 대상으로 변화에 대한 교육을 하고 있습니다. 저는 PM으로서 그 프로젝트를 진행하고 있는데요. 제가 직접 강의를 하지는 않다보니 뒤에 앉아 강의를 지켜보며 많은 생각들을 하게 되곤 합니다. ‘저거 보다 이렇게 설명하는 게 더 좋을 것 같은데.’라거나 ‘그러게 그것도 변화였네.’라거나 ‘오늘 저녁에는 스터디 가지 말까?’와 같은 생각들 말이죠. 강의의 주된 메시지는 ‘변화란 큰 게 아니다. 평소에 다니던 출근길이 아니라, 다른 길로 출근을 하는 것 또한 변화다.’인데요. 그 메시지를 곱씹다 보니 제가 겪었던 한 일이 생각이 났습니다. 문의 : [email protected]
