Okay. I'm sorry. I've never been to the board. I'm not really sure where. Please tell them what exactly to bring up. I think I'm just... I'm... There's just been a lot of, a lot of issues. I know this course dealt with a lot of my previous appeals, and I know that's the way that this works. I've been trying to put together an ABA position, but it's just been, I don't know, very difficult for me to do full situations. It's been a lot. And the department, when responding to my briefing, they said that all of the issues had to be dealt with in my original appeal as an S088142. But one of my main arguments that I had was the warrant problem. I would like to point out that the warrant wasn't in with any of the previous
I have a record that I have in many of my previous appeals, but it's in this first augmentative record on this appeal on page 46. So that's like the first time. I don't know how do I get that expressed or if that matters in any of my other appeals, but I do know that in my first appeal in the opinion, From the court, they have stated that the document that I purported to be the warrant wasn't in the record. And that's that same document that's in this record. I mean, I just, I feel like I've never gotten an opportunity to speak at, I know I got to talk with the jurisdiction hearing, but since My attorney didn't really actually bring up anything I wanted to bring up, and it's pretty difficult trying to get the attorney to bring up stuff at all on Red Cat.
And I would also like to clarify that I've never actually done anything that my mom has accused me of throughout this case, which is where a lot of the things that they say about me is coming from. And I try to correct it, and I try, any time I kind of speak during a journey, they don't let me talk. Like, they say that they've already made a ruling or something, but they let my mom interrupt just even after making a ruling to say something, and then they change their ruling after they heard whatever she said. And they felt hearing without me and without my knowledge. And I just don't think that that's fair. And they limited my rights to my son. Like, my mom, my mom has issues. And I tried to point that out to them that, like, she's perfectly making my son sick.
And I think... My mom's now here trying to get my attorney to address that with the court and they don't, which is where a lot of my, me not wanting to associate with the social group comes from because it's really hard for me to sit there and watch that and not be able to do anything and they just, they believe everything that my mom tells them about me and I don't. I don't know what else to do. I feel like I tried everything. I tried submitting the DD-180 with all the proof that I had before the court hearing to show what was going on and what had happened. I'm aware of a few of the mistakes that I did make, which I was totally honest about, but aside from that, I didn't do anything wrong. I never actually found any evidence that I harmed my child
was put my child in harm's way. I had to leave multiple times to return my child's body because my mom was unlawfully keeping it from me. And it's just, it's just, it's just really not being able to talk or have a say so much with my son.
