Feels like a second Monday, I apologize. Um I think that the court is presented in this case with a very interesting matter. It's almost a matter of first impression to some degree. Um the sweeping changes brought about by these mass shootings Which is one of the I think the central reason that this ends up before the court is a threat of something similar has brought on a wave of what we call red flag laws. And these red flag laws are Something that I I think a lot of courts nationwide are trying to grapple with in the post Bruin era. But I think that the way the ri i the the law in California has been written, as we argue, is unfortunately too broad
